Scaredy-cat
There are few things in the world that anger me more than unfounded fear. If you have no real cause to be afraid, there is no reason why you should be. If you can’t give me at least one reason for your fearfulness, then your fear is unfounded and should be dismissed.
In other cases, people are afraid of what they don’t know. Is fear of the unknown worse than unfounded fear? I suppose it would be more difficult to figure out why you’re afraid, versus what you’re afraid of.
I find less tolerance for people who are afraid of the unknown. Not everyone is able to express what makes them fearful, but I think that everyone is capable of informing themselves about what they don’t know.
If what you don’t know scares you, then you have a responsibility to educate yourself. Don’t be a victim of lack of learning. Information is power. Education is power. Education changes everything.
